El competidor puede cancelar su registro antes del 16 de septiembre sin ninguna penalización, en ese caso su lugar será asignado a la primera persona en la lista de espera.
En caso de que el competidor no avise de su inasistencia, su siguiente competencia de la WCA en México la deberá pagar al doble.

The competitor could cancel his registration before September 16th without any penalty, in this case his place will be assigned to the first person on waiting list.
If the competitor doesn't notificate of his non-attendance, his next WCA in Mexico competition must be paid twice.
